Burleigh Heads
Very popular surf beach with a point break. Most of the action is to the southern end. Rocky area to the south point side, great walking paths around the point and hill over to the Tallebudgera Creek side. Very busy and can be tough to find a park. This is offset by the excellent surf break and protection from a S or SE wind. Great views to the North. Nice hilltop to sit with all the cool young people and smoke weed. Excellent food and drink options nearby. Can get a bit sketchy towards the end of the day with homeless and the fire-twirling, rope walking crew
